Format
The Joselito Cured Meats Selection Box contains the perfect trio of cold cuts. A design that contrasts the addition of white against Joselito's classic red and its central pattern. An elegant and compartmentalized box for the three pieces, carefully wrapped in gift paper.
Ingredients
Joselito Loin: pork loin, sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar.
Joselito Chorizo: pork lean, sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar.
Joselito Salchichón: pork lean, sea salt, pepper and garlic.
Curing
Joselito Loin: 6 months of natural curing.
Joselito Chorizo: 6 months of natural curing.
Joselito Salchichón: 6 months of natural curing.
Conservation
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Preparation
The Joselito Loin, Chorizo, and Salchichón should be removed from their packaging 24h before consumption.
Consumption
To appreciate the flavor and aroma of Joselito Loin, Chorizo and Salchichón, consume at room temperature, between 20 and 25 ºC.
