Joselito Sliced Chorizo goes through a natural curing process of more than 6 months.

Joselito Sliced Chorizo should be kept at a temperature between 4 – 10°C.

It is recommended to remove Joselito Sliced Chorizo from the chamber at least 60 min before consumption.

To fully appreciate the taste and aroma of Joselito Chorizo, it should be consumed at room temperature between 20 and 25°C.
