Sliced Joselito Cured Pork Loin

The ingredients of Joselito Sliced Lomo are: pork loin, sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar.

Joselito Sliced Lomo undergoes a natural curing process of more than 6 months.

Joselito Sliced Lomo should be kept at a temperature between 4 – 10°C.

Remove Joselito Sliced Lomo from the chamber at least 1 hour before consumption.

To fully enjoy the organoleptic qualities of Joselito Lomo, consumption at room temperature is recommended.

Light in smoke and paprika, it presents a soft texture. It is a meat in purple red color with slight fat infiltrations, which weaves an immense and unctuous flavor while traveling through the palate with that always characteristic paprika touch that gives so much personality to the piece.
