The Joselito Gran Reserva 100% Natural Ham is unlike any other. Its shape is elongated and stylized and its meat, fragrant and delicate, has a bright appearance, with a color between pink and purple red.

The Joselito Sliced Ham presents fine streaks of fat, which give it a beautiful marbled appearance and provide great juiciness and a fine texture. The fat, one of the great secrets of Joselito ham, is very aromatic and so fluid that it melts in the mouth, flooding the palate with an incomparable flavor, full of nuances, intense and prolonged.

Joselito Ham fat has a high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, similar to those contained in olive oil and, therefore, helps maintain an adequate level of cholesterol in the blood. In addition, Joselito Ham is rich in proteins and contains vitamin B1, iron, zinc and magnesium, being a totally natural food.

Keep refrigerated between 4 and 10°C.

Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before consumption so that the Joselito Ham reaches room temperature.

For greater enjoyment of the organoleptic properties of Joselito Sliced Ham, it is recommended to consume it at room temperature.

Fine leg ham. Fat between golden and rosy with soft and unctuous consistency. Meat with tonal variations from intense red to pale pink, with numerous infiltrations of bright marbled fat that melts in the palate. Its flavor is soft and delicate, slightly sweet in the attack, surprising the unctuousness of its fat melting in the palate in a sublime way.
