The Joselito Shoulder is the product from adult pigs, made with the anterior extremity, which includes the complete osteomuscular piece, and which undergoes the corresponding process of salting, curing-maturation and deboning.

The Joselito Shoulder is characterized by great juiciness, delicate texture, and harmonious combination of the best meat with infiltrations of golden and pinkish fat, from pigs raised exclusively in extensive farming and fed 100% naturally. Each slice, with precise cut, contains an immense and aromatic flavor that melts in the mouth due to its outstanding meatiness and refinement

More than 24 months of natural curing.

Store the Joselito Ham in a dry place at room temperature (approx. 20º - 25ºC).
