The Joselito Deboned Ham is unlike any other. Its shape is elongated and stylized and its meat, fragrant and delicate, has a bright appearance, with a color between pink and purple red.

The Joselito Deboned Ham is finely marbled with fat, giving it a beautiful marbled appearance and providing great juiciness and a fine texture. The fat, one of the great secrets of Joselito ham, is very aromatic and so fluid that it melts in the mouth, flooding the palate with an incomparable flavor, full of nuances, intense and prolonged.

Joselito Ham fat has a high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, similar to those contained in olive oil and, therefore, helps maintain an adequate level of cholesterol in the blood. In addition, Joselito Ham is rich in proteins and contains vitamin B1, iron, zinc and magnesium, being a totally natural food.

Keep refrigerated between 4 and 10°C.

Remove from chamber 1/2 day before consumption so that the Joselito Ham reaches room temperature.
